All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been purchased and has left our store.

Exceptions for Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery to report any issues.

Issue Reporting Process

To request a resolution, please email support@knotbakery.ca with:

  1. A description of the issue
  2. A photo of the product and/or packaging
  3. Your order number or receipt

Resolution Options

Once we review your case, and if it meets our exception criteria, we may offer a store credit or a replacement item—at the sole discretion of management.
