We’re so grateful for the opportunity to be a vendor at the Hina Matsuri event 🌸 Thank you to everyone who came out and stopped by our booth to try the specialty items we created just for this occasion. It meant a lot to meet so many wonderful people and share our baking with you. We’re also thankful to the fellow vendors who took the time to chat with us — it really made the event feel like a community. The Haven Cafe
The Haven Café, located in the lively Toronto Beaches area, offers a diverse and inclusive menu designed to suit various tastes, preferences, and dietary needs. We had the opportunity to host a pop-up event there on a Saturday, where we enjoyed connecting with sourdough enthusiasts and sharing tips on mastering high-hydration doughs.
YSpace Holiday Market
We were thrilled to participate in the holiday market hosted by YSpace, an incubator program for food start-ups. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and receive valuable feedback on our new sourdough dessert bread creations.

Knot Bakery made its pop-up debut at the Small Business Market event, thanks to the Richmond Hill Public Library for welcoming us as a vendor. We were thrilled to sell out in just two hours and loved seeing customers enjoy our bread samples firsthand!
